Privacy Choices

LivyWorld has no online user account or central database of child profiles. Most privacy choices are therefore managed directly on the device.
Delete profile data
- Open the protected parent area.
- Open Children.
- Select the profile and choose delete.
- Confirm deletion.
Reset today's data
Use “Restart today” in the parent area to reset the current day's values while keeping general progress and settings.
Delete all local data
Remove LivyWorld from the device to delete all local app data. Apple may retain purchase history under its own rules.
Support correspondence
To request deletion of a previous support message, email support@livyworld.com. Do not include sensitive information about a child.
External content
The parent controls the configured YouTube link in the protected parent area. Remove the link or do not use viewing mode if you do not want a connection to YouTube.
