Check the active profile, daily limit and Today section in the protected parent area.

A game does not respond correctly to dragging

Close and reopen the game. Check whether Zoom, VoiceOver or another accessibility setting affects interaction. Contact us if it continues.

Learning time ended but no reward was given

LivyWorld rewards active participation. The configured learning time and a minimum number of correctly completed activities are both required.

I forgot my parent PIN

Use the recovery option. LivyWorld may request Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. Recovery does not delete child profiles.

YouTube does not load

Check the connection and configured link in the parent area. Availability can vary by region, video and YouTube settings.

LivyWorld requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Some features depend on device capabilities.
