Privacy Policy

No advertising or tracking

LivyWorld is developed by Richard Monsieurs in the Netherlands. Privacy contact: support@livyworld.com.

Summary

LivyWorld is designed for young children and parents. The app has no LivyWorld account, no advertising and no third-party analytics. Core app data is stored locally on the device.

Data stored locally

  • the profile name or nickname selected by the parent;
  • age band, mascot and enabled learning subjects;
  • progress, subject levels and completed activities;
  • learned, earned, available and watched minutes;
  • parent settings, daily limits and configured viewing content;
  • protected PIN verification data in the iOS Keychain. The PIN itself is not stored in readable form.

No proprietary account or cloud profile

LivyWorld does not send child profiles, learning results or time balances to a proprietary LivyWorld server. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising or profiling.

Apple

Apple processes purchases, downloads and App Store services under its own privacy policy. LivyWorld does not receive full payment-card information.

YouTube and external viewing content

A parent can configure a YouTube link in the protected parent area. When the embedded web view is opened, Google/YouTube may receive standard technical web data such as IP address, browser or device information and cookies under its own terms and privacy policy. The parent selects the permitted starting content and remains responsible for it.

Email support

If a parent contacts us, we receive the email address and message content. We use it only to handle the request and retain correspondence no longer than reasonably necessary or legally required.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device until a parent deletes a profile, resets data in the app or removes the app. See Privacy choices.

Children

LivyWorld does not ask children for an email address, phone number, photo, exact date of birth or account. Important settings and external links are intended for the protected parent area.

Changes

We will update this policy and the date above when app functionality or data processing changes.
