These terms apply when LivyWorld is used by a parent or legal guardian and a child under their supervision.

Purpose

LivyWorld helps families combine playful learning with parent-configured viewing time. It does not replace parental supervision, educational advice, medical care or professional assessment.

Paid app

LivyWorld is offered as a one-time paid App Store app with no subscription, advertising or required in-app purchase. Final pricing and availability appear in the App Store.

Parent responsibility

A parent or guardian is responsible for profiles, limits, permitted viewing content, appropriate device use and supervision.

Learning results

Levels and progress are only used to adapt activities. They are not an IQ test, diagnosis, school report or guarantee of results.

External content

YouTube and other external services have their own terms and privacy rules. LivyWorld does not control their availability, recommendations, advertising or content.

Availability

Network conditions, iOS limitations, external-service changes or device settings may affect operation.

Intellectual property

The LivyWorld name, design, code, text, mascots and original learning material may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Apple

App Store purchases and distribution are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and standard licensed application end-user license agreement unless a separate custom EULA is used.
